The hire period shall normally commences at 4.00 p.m. daily and terminates at 11.00 a.m. on the agreed day for return. Earlier collection times and weekend collection may be arranged depending upon availability. To allow us to make a thorough assessment of the vehicle, we 'll need at least two hours. The booking will be accepted on demand of the 30% of the total amount charged by bank transfer; the balance 7 days before the commencement of the hire.

In case of cancellation of the booking: the refund the 50% of the reservation deposit if the cancellation will be 30 days before the commencement of the hire. the payment of the total amount as reservation deposit if the cancellation will be 20 days before the commencement of the hire. the payment of the 100% of total rental amount if the cancellation will be after the above term.

No refund is due if the hirer for private matters postpone the rental or end it in advance.

The collection starts at 16.00 p.m. till 17.30 p.m.; the return must be from 9.00 till 11.00 p.m of the day agreed. In the event of a late return of the vehicle exceeding 1 hour, we reserve the right to make an additional daily charge at the relevant daily rate

A deposit of Euro 1.200,00/1.500,00 must be lodged with us before the vehicle can be taken away, by credit card (Visa, Master Card). This will be refund after 10 days if the vehicle is returned on time, clean, undamaged, fully fuelled and with all equipment present. Any damage, cleaning refuelling, extra time or equipment replacement costs will be deducted before the return of the bond. At the termination of the hire the vehicle and equipment must be returned in a clean condition. In the event of a vehicle being returned in an unsatisfactory state the hirer will incur a cleaning charge of Euro 50,00. Chemicals toilets must be returned cleaned and emptied otherwise another charge of Euro 70,00 will arise

Vehicles cannot be driven outside the EU, unless written authorization is obtained from the rental center at the time of the booking

No pets are admitted on board.

Drivers must be over 25 and under 70 years of age, of good health, and have held a full driving licence valid for the vehicle to be hired for at least one year
